Welcome to your new life following Jesus! You've made the decision to follow Jesus and you want to know more. Follow along for the next week as we help you unpack what it all means. We know, the email looks long! But you'll see it's split into 8 days. Just take it a day at a time.

Day 1 - ALRIGHT, WHAT NOW?

Alright, you’ve made the decision to follow Jesus. Something inside of you knew it was what you were always made to do! You’ve clicked the link and now you’re here and you’re probably wondering “what now?”

Firstly. we just want to say CONGRATULATIONS! For real, you’ve made the absolute best decision of your entire life. You’ve turned from your old way of living, of living for yourself and turned to a new life led by Jesus. You’ve gone from death to life, you’ve gone from lost to found. We couldn’t be more proud of you and we want to help you as you start out on your new life following Jesus.

Here’s what we want you to do for the next 7 days…it’s literally 3 steps.

Number 1 - Come back here every day and have a read of the notes.

Number 2 - Read the Bible verse we talk about.

Number 3 - Talk to someone about it. We have a Discord channel just for this…just for you to be able to ask questions and find out more about God and The Embassy. If you can’t be on Discord, talk to a leader or someone at church. Whatever it is, don’t start your new faith in Jesus alone.

That’s it, that’s all. While you’re here I want to give you a Bible verse to start things off. Luke 15:10 says that there is joy in the presence of God’s angels when even one sinner repents. That verse is part of a speech by Jesus where he talks all about lost things and the relief and excitement and joy that comes when they’re found. And then he reminds us that when we turn to Jesus, all of heaven celebrates and throws a party!

This is not hype! This is real life! A new real life with Jesus!
